Poster Session

Submission guidelines for original research studies for the International Congress of Forensic Psychiatry, April 21-22, 2017, Lodz.

  1. Only electronic submissions will be accepted (MS Word and pdf files).
  2. Submission deadline is March 15, 2017.    
  3. Abstracts must not have more than 250 words.
  4. Studies will be presented as posters.
  5. The Scientific Committee will decide on abstract acceptance and on the form of presentation. Authors will be informed of the decisions until March 30, 2017.
  6. At least one author has to be registered to present the study.
  7. The name of the presenting author must be specified, and all changes in authorship must be reported to the Organizers.

 

After abstract acceptance, an author list will be published online at the Congress website along with guidelines on study presentation.  

 

Poster presentations:

Poster sessions will be held on April 21-22, 2017.

Poster size should not exceed 70 cm in width and 100 cm in height, as posters will be placed on displays sized 98 x 200 cm. The location of the displays will be arranged in accordance with poster numbers that will be printed in the Congress Program. Scotch tape and scissors will be made available for mounting posters on the displays during a specified time period.

Posters should be mounted and taken off between: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm on April 21 or between 08:00 am – 4:30 pm on April 22, 2017.

Posters that are not taken off during the above-specified times will be removed by the Organizers and will not be retrievable.
